PayChina is designed to collect only the information needed to run the service.

Comparison

You do not need an account, name, phone number or email to compare payment options. The amount you enter is used for the current calculation.

Feedback

Feedback text, the related payment route, a source link and an optional email may be stored in PayChina’s feedback database. An email is not required to submit feedback.

Voluntary quote contributions

Changing comparison settings or entering a quote does not upload those values. If you explicitly choose to share a real quote, PayChina stores only the payment route, quoted date, invoice amount and currency, total debit and known deductions. We do not request or store your name, email, bank account, IP address or device identifier in the contribution database. Entries are unverified until reviewed and never automatically affect public rankings. Contributions expire after 365 days and are deleted by a scheduled cleanup. Keep your contribution code if you wish to request earlier removal by emailing [email protected]. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security-verification data separately.

Reference codes

A reference code lets you check a submission without creating an account. Public lookup returns the status, points, submission type, country or region and timestamps; it does not return the feedback text or email.

Points redemption

An email is required only when you choose to redeem points, so PayChina can contact you about that request.

Website analytics (Production and Preview)

PayChina uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated page loads, visited pages, referrers, devices and IP-inferred countries. Production reports are restricted to usepaychina.com, with Preview reports kept separate by hostname. The manually inserted Preview beacon is not installed on Production; Cloudflare may collect Production metrics through its own Web Analytics integration. The protected administration page is excluded from the manually installed Preview beacon. PayChina does not store visitors' raw IP addresses in our analytics database or use aggregate traffic to identify individuals. Country inferred from an IP can reflect VPN, proxy or mobile-network exits. Data can be incomplete or delayed; page loads and visits do not represent verified unique individuals. Cloudflare processes analytics data under its own policies.

Security verification

Feedback, country or region requests and points redemption use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse.

Do not submit

Do not submit passwords, seed phrases, private keys, full card numbers, bank login credentials, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive financial information.
